Job Description:
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. This role involves conducting user research, defining user flows, designing wireframes and prototypes, and creating high-fidelity interfaces that align with product objectives. You will ensure that designs are scalable, consistent, and aligned with established brand guidelines.
The designer will collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the design and development cycle, providing clear design documentation and refining solutions based on user testing and feedback. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong aesthetic judgement, a deep understanding of UX principles, and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
Responsibilities:

Strong visual design skills and UX mindset

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs (using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

Understanding of responsive design, user-centred methodologies and accessibility standards

Experience conducting user research, usability tests or heuristic evaluations

Good collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (product, engineering)

Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work including problem-solving and iteration
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field

1–3 years of professional design experience (for intermediate role)

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus

Understanding of information architecture, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy
