Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Additionally, the Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to align proposals, pricing, and service delivery with business goals. The candidate will monitor market trends, manage the sales pipeline, prepare reports, and contribute to forecasting and planning. Strong communication, networking, and strategic execution skills are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities:

Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B technology or services environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related discipline

MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred for senior levels

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant business development/sales experience

Experience working in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales preferred
