Job Description:
The Human Resource Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy administration. This role requires the ability to foster a positive work culture, promote employee engagement, and align HR strategies with business objectives. The HR Manager will ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies while managing sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
In addition, the HR Manager will support workforce planning, talent development initiatives, and leadership coaching. The role also involves analyzing HR metrics, driving process improvements, and implementing people-centric programs that support organizational growth. Strong communication, empathy, and strategic thinking are key components of success in this role.
Responsibilities:

Proven experience in HR management, recruitment and employee lifecycle management

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

Good understanding of labour laws, compensation & benefits, payroll administration

Ability to develop and implement HR policies, training programs and performance frameworks

Strategic mindset with ability to partner with business leadership

Skilled at data-driven HR metrics and HRIS tools
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Master’s in HR or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM/PHR) preferred

Minimum 5 years (or relevant years) of HR experience in a dynamic environment

Experience working in technology or fast-paced organisations is a plus
