Job Description:
The IT Lead will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s technology infrastructure and systems. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, system availability, network stability, and data security across the company. The IT Lead will manage a team of IT professionals and support engineers, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs.
Additionally, the IT Lead will develop IT policies, optimize workflows, oversee hardware/software procurement, and implement security standards. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and decision-making skills. The role requires proactive monitoring, effective problem resolution, and the capacity to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security protocols, and system administration.

Experience leading IT teams and managing daily IT operations.

Proficiency in server management, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and virtualization.

Knowledge of disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and performance optimization.

Ability to manage vendors, licenses, procurement, and IT asset lifecycles.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in IT systems administration, network management, or IT leadership roles.

Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, AWS SysOps, or ITIL (preferred but not mandatory).
