Job Description:
The IT Project Manager will lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget. The role involves defining project plans, managing resources, mitigating risks, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution and maintain alignment with business objectives.
In this position, the Project Manager will ensure adherence to project governance standards, maintain documentation, and conduct progress reviews and status reporting. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making ability, and the capacity to manage competing priorities. A commitment to quality, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement is essential.
Responsibilities:

Proven experience managing software/IT projects, with strong delivery track record

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)

Ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, resources and risks effectively

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

Master’s degree or MBA preferred for senior roles

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/Software domain
